We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Most items are made when ordered so there may be some delay between an order an receiving a shipping notification. Once it is delivered to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands but will make it right with you, our customer, if there is an error or loss by the shipping carrier. 

If you require a shipping method other than what is offered, please reach out and we will work with you to find an alterative that works for your destination at the cost billed to us.


If you don't like what you ordered or aren't happy with what you received, send it back to us and we will refund the purchase price. You may have to cover return shipping. We hope this doesn't happen.

Should something happen and our gear is defective in manufacture, we will exchange it directly with an equal item of new make. You may be responsible for return item shipping. 

Our goal is to make sure the gear you order and receive from Fehu Outdoors will be some of the best equipment you have.
